On September 27, 2022, the first employee congress of Qingdao Jinniu Grease Technology Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Fengdali New Materials Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the company's production complex. The senior management of the company attended the meeting, in which the chairman of the board of directors deeply analyzed the current situation faced by the company, solidly deployed the key work plans and tasks for the year, looked forward to the company's development plan and bright prospects in the next five years, and comprehensively promoted the company's development towards high precision and quality. He also called on all cadres and employees to work hard with one heart to create brilliance.

According to the meeting arrangement, the preparatory group first reported the meeting preparation work report to the employee representative, and reviewed and approved the Company's Employee Representative Election Method (draft) and Employee Congress Implementation Rules (draft). During the meeting, the employee representatives reviewed and voted on the management systems formulated by the Company.

During the meeting, the leaders in charge of the company discussed and answered on site the relevant questions and suggestions put forward by the employee representatives, and hoped that all the participants would play the role of employee representatives, actively publicize and implement the spirit of the meeting, actively offer advice and suggestions to the company, encourage each employee to base on their own work, consciously maintain a high degree of consistency with the company, and play an important role in achieving the company's established goals.

By 4 p.m., the first employee congress of the company had been successfully completed. The congress was highly praised by the company's leaders and employee representatives.
